We have become the world's first airline to use solar fuel from Swiss cleantech pioneer Synhelion in flight operations. The first barrel of solar fuel was fed into the refueling system via Hamburg Airport - a symbolic milestone that shows that the technology works. Together with Synhelion we are thus driving forward a pioneering solution for reducing CO₂ emissions in aviation.
