If you are lazy, then download this file: sendspace.com/file/g9ggvw , then go to your FL Studio folder and move (or copy) the file to Data\Patches\Scores\Quantization Then you can start to quantize right away!
There are 2 reasons why I remove hits from loops if i'm using them. First is that I always remove kicks and snares in loops so they won't muddy up my own kicks and snares that i'm using. And the second reason is that I want to be creative and not use the loop exactly like it is.
