I planned for this to be finished Christmas day and look, here it is. I wanted to finish it Christmas day cause the main antagonist for the first two games, her birthday is Christmas, same with her twin ofc but I could not draw her twin for some reason.
Honestly I'm surprised I was able to finish this in about two days (with a ton of breaks).
What is meant to be implied in the first frame (with actual characters) is the change after the death of another character. The part after that is a character dying and being brought back with a whole nother personality. After that it's a character dying- again. Then it's a dude that helps out someone younger than him and ends up offing himself. Then it's pretty much just this one character and his alter. And after that, it's Neo getting caught.

Luca - black hair, heterochromia
Eve - blue hair, then purple hair
Kai - curly brown hair
Vera - black hair with some purple in it
Nova - girl behind Vera with black hair
No name yet - beauty marks on his face
No name yet - ginger kid
Ivaan - longish black hair with yellow eyes and glasses
Killer - Ivaan's alter (looks like him(ofc) just smiling instead of frowning)
Neo - demon dude with blue tail then shown as dude with yellow eyes and a bunch of piercings
Holly - blonde pale girl
Rosemary - brown hair girl
