Fishing a central Minnesota lake during an unusually warm fall, Jeff and Jeremy discover a loaded shallow weed bite, targeting suspended crappies over dense milfoil and coontail in 16–18 feet of water. Instead of fishing deep, they’re swimming hair jigs over the tops of the weeds—and the results are incredible.
