"It was okay. I mistook the developer's first mod to be Arctic Adventures. That mod was not good. Sorry. Remind me to play Snowdrop Escape. The real first mod the *SNOWDROP* team has made... I can be pretty ignorant at times.
As for this mod, I did like the setting. It was this mod that made me learn that Asia is really big. I thought Russia was its own continent. But enough of me learning things, let's talk about my opinions on this mod.
As I said before, the mod was just okay. The puzzles were a bit...silly. Sure there were some puzzles I liked but there were some puzzles where I felt like an idiot for not figuring it out. Hopefully it was a skill issue on my part but ooof. A few of these took me way too long to figure out.
Also yes, I am aware 98% of the cast isn't native to English. That's okay. It strangely fits since the place takes place in Russia, a non-English speaking country.
I do like having multiple endings. Even if its as basic as just voice lines talking over a background. What I don't like is having two endings having the same outcome. At least make it a little different.
I would like to try out a desert themed Half-Life 2 mod, I would recommend this. There are better options but this is the one I can think of on the top of my head.
