This Thai dessert is very popular amongst the Asian community! Ripened mangos are sliced up and served alongside a serving of sticky rice, and then topped with a sweet coconut sauce! YUM!

NOTE: The coconut sauce I made in the video, technically makes enough sauce for 2 cups of rice, so feel free to either double the rice recipe (which serves 6), or just cut the coconut sauce recipe in half! :)

p.s. the K drama I was referring to in the video is called, "Jang Bo Ri" or "Come, Jang Bo Ri!" :)
