Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe:
Sweet Potato Layer:
1 Large Can Sweet Potatoes (drained & mashed)
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Stick Softened Butter
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Topping:
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/3 Stick Melted Butter
Mix together the Sweet Potato layer ingredients.. Put mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Mix together the topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven.
