It's my first arrangement I managed to actually finish in about 2 months. Just in time for the release of Sonic Colors Ultimate...several days late. Despite that, I wanted to do an arrangement of this theme because I really liked the remix that was made in Sonic Colors Ultimate. Regardless of how I feel about the remaster in general, this theme slaps. Back when I did Aquarium Park, I didn't know how this would well translate to 16-bit, and look at me now. I hope this can make up for the lack of 16-bit arrangements in the last 2 months.
