Notes:
00:05 - Cornetto: similar to a croissant, but made with egg and a little softer. It can be empty or filled with jam or creams. In the north of Italy, they often say 'brioche' instead of 'cornetto', but it's usually the same pastry. In the south, especially Sicily, a brioche is more likely to be a soft round pastry that's more similar to a traditional French brioche. They can also be empty or filled, even with gelato or granita!
00:55 - Fetta biscottata: a small slice of dried bread, very similar to Melba toast. It's very dry and crispy.
