Victoria is unreal: beautiful scenery, mild weather, and crazy high housing prices. I've been loving the fantastic cycling infrastructure and how most of the people on bikes don't look like traffic cones with all of that hi-vis...this indicates drivers are far safer than Seattle where everyone but me was in hi-vis and then a car ran into me.
