In this module we focus on the five major characteristics of decentralized organization.

First, we start with the management structure; the difference between command & control vs. self-management. Second, we continue with the culture of the organization; is the priority production or relationships? Third, we answer the questions how are resources and decisions distributed? and Are they hoarded or not? Fourth, we proceed to understand how roles and responsibilities are organized. Lastly, we conclude with an analysis for the organization's communication infrastructure.
