How Change the Layout of Buttons on the Nexus 6P [Root]

In this video, I'll be showing you two methods you can use to swap the placement of the "Back" and "Recent Apps" buttons on your Nexus 6P. The first is a flashable ZIP, which can be installed with custom recovery.
The second is an option in GravityBox, which is an Xposed module, so you'll need to be rooted with the Xposed Framework installed for that one.
Either way you do it, swapping these buttons out can be helpful. If you're left-handed, it's a more natural layout. Or, if you own multiple Android devices and one of them is a Samsung with its backwards buttons, this can make switching between them a more consistent experience.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to install a leaked version of the Phone app from Googles upcoming Pixel and Pixel XL phones.
This doesnt require root, but youll need to be using a phone that is compatible with the Google Phone app, as its an updated and revamped version of that. Nexus phones will work, and a few other models might have some luck, so its worth a try.
Aside from that, the only requirements are that you have Android 6.0+ and Unknown Sources enabled. The new dialer app sports a cool and unique incoming call screen, as well as a completely revamped in-call UI.

In this video, Ill be showing you a hidden feature in the Google Messenger app for Android that converts SMS messages into MMS.
Sometimes, your carrier will split up longer SMS messages into 2 or 3 separate texts, or at least thats how the person on the other end will see it. This is because SMS has a 140 character limit, but MMS, on the other hand, allows for much bigger messages. So to prevent your texts from being segmented, simply use this trick to send them as an MMS message.

In this video, Ill be showing you an Xposed module called Android N-ify that gives you some Android N features on older Android versions.
As of this writing, the module changes your main Settings menu to look like the new version from Android N—complete with brief descriptions under each entry that give you a quick overview of whats inside a given category. For instance, the Battery menu entry will now show the percentage of battery life remaining without having to actually head into the menu.
Root and the Xposed Framework are required, of course, but youll also need to be running Android Lollipop or higher. On top of that, this only works with stock Android or an AOSP-based custom ROM. But more Android N features are planned, so keep an eye out for updates to the module.
