Today I'm showing you how I made these Swag Watermarble Nails and why I cam up with the name. I did these by dipping straight up and down and it gave the effect of like a Swag Curtain, so that's why I decided to go with that name. I get most of my inspiration from Kyong Lee who is amazing.
