I was so happy when I found this effect via another friend :3. It's a simple effect, but it still bugs you if you don't know how. That was the case for me :P. I know it's not exactly the same, but the effect in question is there.

Star here giving a tutorial as its been awhile o.o I am in a tutorial giving mood so expect more later maybe..anyways this is the tutorial for as I call the Expanding Circle Effect

Any add-ons?no
Stuff needed: Image(s),Solid (any color of choice) and Cookie cutter effect(Video FX//Cookie Cutter//Circle,center)
Note: You dont need a circle for this any shape can work that Ive seen ouo
