I had to cut this down from an hour to five minutes, so I'm sorry if it's too fast. If you have any questions or requests leave them below.
-Grey
*Tips*
-Use 4 keyframes:
1: Picture before it enters
2: Picture once it's entered
3: Slight movement/panning/zooming
4:Exiting/transitioning

-Turn off maintain aspect ratio.

-Put as many body parts as you can over other ones (ex put upper sleeve over lower sleeve to cover up gaps)

-Place the track for the head under the track for the body.

-Animate and mask each eye separately.

-Move as many parts as you can. It makes the animation look more natural.

-For quick few second animations, make the movement fast and dramatic.

-For slower and long lasting animations, make the movement slow.

-Mask based on the human body (ex, animate the upper arm, lower arm, and wrist rather than just the entire arm)
