This is the complete restoration of a rare Suzuki TS250X / RH250 2-stroke engine.
When I first got this engine, most of the bolts and parts were missing, and it hadn’t run in years.
I replaced all bearings, oil seals, and the connecting rod, sandblasted and painted the entire engine, and even re-machined the piston grooves to fit a new ring set.
After a lot of work, it finally started again — smooth, powerful, and alive once more! 💪🔥
