Originally initiated by Henry Construction and later completed by Vestry after the former went into administration, the project features a robust RC frame structure. In collaboration with FP McCann and Sapphire, the development integrates advanced precast wall panels with a seamless clip-on balcony system.
These balconies, designed with privacy sides and open vertical rail fronts, maximise views while maintaining Class A fire performance. The innovative clip-on system, cast directly into the wall panels, minimises façade penetrations, reduces embodied carbon, and ensures fire barrier continuity. Each balcony incorporates efficient edge drainage in compliance with BS8579, preventing water pooling and ingress.
Through Sapphire’s Passport Quality App and embedded QR codes, every balcony component is digitally tracked from offsite manufacturing to installation, ensuring a complete “golden thread” of quality and accountability.
