Federal authorities arrested 29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht of Melbourne, Florida and charged him with arson for allegedly starting the Palisades fire. Authorities say the suspect started a different fire that burned underground for nearly a week before surfacing and becoming the Palisades fire.
