Sushi Ben on Meta Quest — a narrative adventure from the creator of Hatoful Boyfriend.
3D manga panels, a sleepy seaside town and some very odd yakuza problems.
Sushi Ben is a narrative-driven VR adventure from Hatoful Boyfriend creator Hato Moa, set in the quiet town of Kotobuki where a local sushi bar is under pressure from landsharks. Omar came in blind and was charmed almost immediately — the 3D manga-style speech panels, the music, the clean-but-not-empty art, the expressive characters and the odd frog-wristed companion all clicked. He got briefly lost in the quest log, but came out ready to play more and deliver a full review. An unexpected, quietly likeable hit.
