In this episode of The Wrath, we'll examine assistant attorney general Susan G Howe's second lie she's told to the Oregon Court Of Appeals. In her response brief, she makes the claim that violent multi time federal felon Benjamin Kerensa led the attack on me with only "three" anarchists in tow. However, video shows that it was Kerensa and six anarchists. This is important, because when one is engaging with five or more people in such behavior, then it meets the definition of "riot", which is a Class C felony in Oregon. Having several individuals engaging in RIOT against a single person would further justify a person's right to defend themselves. It appears as though Miss Howe is attempting to mislead the courts and minimize the impact that Ben Kerensa's violent and threatening behavior had on me, and in turn trying to lessen the likelihood that one would have to act in self defense.
