Ahh, action thrillers. A genre that elicits visions of scenes of roomfuls of characters all representing very specific ranks of very prestigious organizations. Complex situations are espoused, with even greater complications so the political fallout could be catastrophic!

And then there's Survivor.

We've got serious acting, with government agencies. The only thing is, it's not nearly as complicated as it's contemporaries. And you know what? I don't mind that.
