My secret to surviving the dreaded 4 month sleep regression! Here is our evening and bedtime routine for our 4 month old. We are in the trenches of the sleep regression at the moment, so sleep and bedtime is not quite as peaceful as it was at 0-3 months or during the newborn phase! The bath-book-milk-bed routine is tried and tested for us and I know that if we persevere we will reach the holy grail of a sleep-through night before too long!
