It's been just over one year since I survived my near-fatal "widowmaker" heart attack on May 7th 2025. I was 37 years old at the time. I get asked a lot lately how I'm feeling and doing health wise so I wanted to do a video to give you all an update on my progress and how I am recovering one year later. I’ve also made a huge addition to my lifestyle that I really hope inspires many of you to do the same change as I have.
