I set out to build a snow survival shelter and spend the night alone in the deep snow. With temperatures dropping and fresh wolf tracks everywhere, I built a fortified snow shelter, started a fire, and settled in for a long night in the wilderness.
While exploring the area, I came across a fresh deer kill — clear evidence that a wolf pack had been hunting nearby. Knowing they were somewhere in the surrounding forest made the night a lot more interesting!!
