My parents are very busy this time of year, often working 80+ hours a week, so every once in a while I will surprise them with food so they can have a nice meal without having to spend the time to cook one. I tried to surprise my Dad too, but he was too quick. Don't worry though he got some after my Mom came home with the vegan butternut squash mac and cheese I left for them.
