I made a melon layer cheesecake this time.
It might be a good idea to make a surprise cake that the cake comes out when you cut the melon for someone’s birthday😁

170℃30-35min

➢Cheese cream
200g cream cheese
200g whipping cream
60g sugar
10-20g lemon juice
