Stock sur ron phase wires are gauge 6. That's ok for the stock 300-400A phase controller
However when upgrading to like 500 or 600+ Phase amp on the BAC 8000, i personally dont like the solution if keeping same size and on top of that adding extension wires on teh already poor ultra small crimped terminal.
That is a great opportunity to upgrade teh phase wires for the motor to High Quality gauge 4. and have one direct lengh to the controller.
