In last week’s video, Raw and I got together and kicked it at his place for a while. Later in the day, we went out on a ride from his place and he took me all over DTLA. We ended up bumping into a pack of Groms that Raw knew, and we rode out together for the last stretch of our ride. I got back to Raw’s place with literally 0% left, which was crazy! Sur Ronster pulled up perfect timing, and gave me a ride back to his place
In this week’s video, we finally made it to Texas! James, Chaz, and Sur Ronster and I all woke up at our Airbnb, loaded the Taco up with the bikes, and headed to the meet spot in downtown Austin! We got a great tour of the city, riding with people from all over the country! It was so cool to see a city in a state I’ve never been to before with my close friends. There were so many great riders, it was inspiring to improve my game. I wanted to do more wheelies, but I didn’t want to risk the safety of myself or the pack. Even without wheelies, I somehow managed to fall off the side of the road because I wasn’t paying attention! It was a little rainy, but it was still a great ride! I saw a lot of other homies I’ve met from other states, some I haven’t seen in years.
At the end of the ride, Sur Ronster and I were starving and coincidentally bumped into a pickle van selling some of the best pickles I’ve ever had in my life. Sur Ronster and I bought a jar and headed back to the truck. We then went home to charge up the bikes for the night ride later that day. This will be next week’s video, so stay tuned for that video, it was a crazy ride!
