The Bay Area Crisis Nursery provides emergency shelter and care for children ages 0–5 whose families are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, medical emergencies, or other crises. Thanks to support from the Valero Benefit for Children, the nursery offers vital programs like emergency child care, respite care for single parents, a weekly food and diaper pantry, and developmental resources—serving over 1,600 children and 400 families each year.
