This Impact Spotlight shows how EDC and USAID have teamed up to support youth with disabilities in Rwanda. Named “Umurimo Kuri Bose” which means “Employment for All” in Kinyarwanda, this project empowers Rwandan youth with disabilities through greater access to skills training. The project also provides guidance to employers for better inclusion in the workplace.
