Currently, only 21% of the professors at the university are female. The Female Entrepreneur Fund is trying to fight this inequality and is working towards achieving an an equal share of men and women at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Alumna Olivia Manse, management trainee at Ahold Delhaize and part of the fund supported by RSM and the Erasmus Trustfonds, discusses this phenomenon with Geert Maarse. She tells us more about the fund and in which ways it contributes to gender equality.
