Les Lab | Supercontinnum in Multimode Fiber Teaser @LesLaboratory | Uploaded 1 year ago | Updated 1 hour ago
Episode 48
This is a short teaser trailer of where this project goes next!
Tempted to call it: Supercontinuum, bigger brighter and uncut!
Multimode Fiber (50/125) can generate extremely bright continuum, because of excellent coupling efficiency.
Nonlinear effects abound here, and the fiber even exhibits mode cleaning!
This is bright enough to film in daylight, and so obligatory smoke shots abound!
I am planning on making this more in-depth than the last, so comment below how long it should be:
10 minutes
15 minutes
25 minutes
Also, is there an appetite for short videos at all (Odd bits that I might not consider doing a full video on, 2 minute teardowns, that kind of stuff)?
