Relive the high-octane soundtrack and audio design of Atari Games' 1986 top-down racing legend Super Sprint!

Designed by Dan Van Elderen, Super Sprint took multiplayer arcade racing to the next level with its free-spinning steering wheels, responsive foot pedals, and intense four-player competition across eight winding tracks filled with grease slicks, tornadoes, and gates.

The upbeat, competitive music and sound effects were composed by Brad Fuller using the Yamaha YM2151 FM synthesizer chip. From the iconic title theme to the victory fanfares and tire-screeching audio cues, the sound design added pure excitement to every race for wrench upgrades and high scores.
