A ranking/tier list of every playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, based on the kill percentage of their up smash on Final Destination or an Omega-form stage, on Mario. I have decided to update the tier lists I've made, for the final patch, v13.0.1, including new DLC and correcting some characters. Guys. I'm sorry. This is the last time I upload this video. I had to update Bowser Jr. and include Hero in Mini and Giant forms (he can get them through Hocus Pocus)

NOTES:
- I have changed the way ranking works, for this video and all the others that I'm yet to update. Now I'm only ranking the default u-smash of a character, although u-smashes with a buff still appear for comparison
- Any character's u-smash that has the same kill % as another character's u-smash but has higher damage output will be ranked higher
- DI doesn't influence being launched vertically, so whether there's DI or not doesn't matter in this list
