This isn't actually what the soundtrack is called. The real name of this would be called, "se_stage_homeruncontest_sky04_loop", located deep within the .nus3audio file of the "homeruncontest" SE file in the .arc dump of SSBU.
Regardless, even if you listened to that normally, it wouldn't be what you would hear in game (it sounds similar when you fast forward but not necessarily).
I attempted to re-create the in-game version when you watch Sandbag fly through space if you managed to get a real good hit in (stretching out the music, creating a somewhat seamless loop, messing around with the EQ, and adding a bit of reverb).
The footage was taken from Vishera Games upload, "Shulk Monado x100 Home Run Contest Full Live Stream".
