Yorkshire Car Restoration | Super Sketchy Rear Axle Removal & Welding In The Hand Fabbed Chassis Rail On Mat Armstrong's BMW E24 @yorkshirecarrestoration | Uploaded 1 year ago | Updated 16 hours ago
We removed the rear Axle from Mat Armstrong's BMW E24 635 CSI but not the conventional way! This was super sketchy but we managed to do it. That's what we get when our small Engine hoist (AKA 10T gantry crane) breaks down! We also got the last piece of the chassis rail hand fabricated and welded in! The chassis rail is 99% complete! and now the car is almost ready to go on a rotisserie!

In the next video we do just that and get this E24 on a rotisserie! This project is moving right along but we still have a lot of work ahead of us!
If you haven't already, do check out the full playlist for this car.
