It took a while but got there in the end. Just felt fearless doing this run. Only until Tourian really did the nerves ramp up a bit. I'd also only gone live a few minutes prior and went straight into this run, however I was still partially warmed up from offline practice 1-2 hours earlier. This was a fantastic run but a few things that bug me were Ridley being poor yet again and the Dray to Phan segment had quite a few costly mistakes. I'm 100% certain that if I was to grind this for several more months I'd get this down to 32:0x but this will do for now.

Previous pbs leading up to this one: 13120, 13054, 12959 and 12951. The 129 was easier to achieve than initially thought as I found a massive route change for backtrack segment that saves 20 seconds. Entering the Lair for Heart of Fire immediately after Mother boss and thus only needing a total of 3 checkpoint visits as you travel across the levels and finishing with the Hive to kill the Queen before Primagen. As I kept grinding this I could see a 128 possibility along with my sum of best getting as low as 1282x as well. I even had one such run reaching the Lightship with 12848 best possible pace which unfortunately died unceremoniously but my main goal for a while though was to get a mid 129 as I felt that would be satisfactory. As mentioned most runs, especially runs on pace on Hardcore can die in extremely abrupt ways and it was starting to wear on me a bit. This run is by no means particularly brilliant to me. Its a run of two halves with the first being mediocre containing weird mistakes with the 2nd half much better and golding backtrack, sealing the deal on the mid 129. To sum it up im both happy that I achieved the goal but not entirely happy with the overal performance.")
