This run is garbage. It was the first practice attempt of the night (May 10th) that ended up being the first run I ever completed using the hardcore strategy of skipping Hi jump boots. This is simply a wr by virtue of this big (15 second) time saver so please bare that in mind when watching this and know that Sweet's run is far and away a better run all round. The 'hell run' is naturally the best part of the run as it has to be performed flawlessly and you need good health drop rng along the way. It would honestly be very easy to sub 10 minutes on this category if you don't make too many mistakes and I think sub 9:50 is very doable too. I've also done a theory run that gets 9:27.
Something seems amiss on this page regarding the start time deanyd.net/sm/index.php?title=Crocomire_RTA. In the table it says start time on 'Start Game' but in the description below it says, "this category begins timing upon both map screens being cleared after selecting "start game", which is the same as SSRTA. So which is it? I',m guessing it's the latter because the category starts without Ceres like SS and also Sweet's run is written on Deertier as 10:13 which translates to this timing method anyway.
I will return to this one day but for now, any% practice is in order !

Quite happy with this time as I wanted to finish the category with a mid 1:02. Some issues in DM and RoS aside this is a very strong run with some good golds and Primagen was the gift that kept on giving with that RNG. Considering my sum of best is still just 1:02:05 after this run it makes me assured that I dont need to go for a 1:01 or anything close to it for the time being.")
