For a while I thought this is possible for me so recently I decided to come back to this and finish it off (with also getting a new video here to break the 2+year silence)
My main 5X struggles/key points:
- first I started with L18_Stain because I couldn't figure out how to end it properly, later I started with L15 as you can easily Choke it with L17 & you'd have to waste another 1000 Years to get back to them;
- lv20's final 4-way rocket launchers are kinda luck-based for me - I usually try to lightly jump off a crumbling block when launchers shoot diagonally (which wastes a bit more time but is kinda safer);
- remember when Ni5x was the hardest level here? It's problem is it's mostly easy as SMB but harder at the end (with that timed walljump around the saw), which is opposite for Kid (BTW touching the 2nd switch from fall-jumping is intended, 'coz otherwise I'm jumping off of a retracting floor into a saw blade);
- Most difficult levels turned out to be 9_Swine (zombie managing), 3 (return from 1st half), 19_Magog & 20_quietus (overall); biggest chunk of levels here is just "easy but also easy to fail" (2, 4-8, 11, 13-18); 1_clot, 10_PF & 12_canker are simpliest;
- Starting 3_Spank from menu because sometimes when switching to MeatBoy in there it seemingly restarts as if I died (with blood splatter near the start);
- a pause at the start of 7_Downpour is intended for not falling right on top of launched saw after 2nd key pickup;
- Getting the achievement before finishing one last level kinda startled me, I guess I was practicing it right before the final attempt (it was still screwed up & lost 1.5 seconds on incorrect emerging to the building's roof)
