"Super Mario Save Santa" is a flash-game developed & published by 4v4 & it follows the story of our favorite hero Mario, who this time, instead of saving Princess Peach in his old fashion from King Bowser's evil hands, this time he must save Santa, since he got kidnaped by Bowser, only to ruin the Christmas holiday & break kids' hearts & crush their joy in getting gifts from Santa. Now it's up to our favorite fat plumber Mario to stop Bowser & rescue Santa, by traveling through 8 various levels, including here the final confrontation with Bowser. The game includes a tutorial mod as well, where you learn about the controls of the Mario: left & right arrows (for walk) ; up arrow (for jumping) & down arrow (for crouching). You'll also learn that you have a total number of 5 lives, which can be increased every time you collect 100 coins. There will be also displayed a coin counter on the screen, as well as a timer since you have a limited duration, 150 seconds more precisely, in finishing these levels, so it can pump adrenaline into your body to focus better in playing them. And finally, a score counter that will display you all the points you've collected from killing enemies throughout your journey. The levels 1-3 takes place in the Grassland, while the levels 4-6 takes place in the Snowland & it has as enemies, just like in the rest of the levels to deal with : Koopas ; Goombas (Flying) ; Buzzy Beetles (/w Spikes) & Bill Blasters charged with Bullet Bills. There will be lots of platforms & clouds to jump on, as well as pits to jump over & pipes too. Mario's goal is to collect all the stars from each level so that he can continue his journey, by unlocking the other levels until he'll get to confront Bowser. The 7th level takes place in Bowser's castle, full of traps such as: pits filled with lava ; wooden blocks that hold spikes & spinning platforms meant to make you fall in lava if you're not careful when walking on them. The enemies will be the same from before, but this time, you'll also get to deal with Boos & Dry Bones. The fight with King Bowser will go this way... Bowser will keep shooting fireballs at you, until you'll hit him with a Koopa shell. Once you damaged him, he'll change his position, then summon a few enemies like: Buzzy Beetles & Dry Bones to take care of you, while he of course will keep shooting fireballs at you. Once you defeat him, he'll fall into lava & so you'll be victorious & at last rescue Santa who has been held captive in a cage this whole time! Want more content like this?
