Hey! So it's been a while... I randomly got inspiration to do this song in SMP last week. Partly because of the Super Mario Bros. Movie coming out, but also because I wanted to finally break my haitus...
I decided to go with the continuation of my 'use X game soundfont but remix the song' idea that I had a while back. If you haven't seen this idea in action before, I did it initially where I used the Super Mario 64 soundfont to do a slight remix of the File Select Theme:

For another example, I also did a remix of the Lost Woods from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time by using that respective soundfont as well. You can check that one out here:

At any rate, Just like in the previous examples, I didn't want to go overboard with this remix. I probably spent more time on trying to find the right volume balances for my instrumentation rather than the actual composing of this piece as well.
