I haven't seen this method on video yet so I figured I'd show it off for those who want an easier method to unlock the Builder Mario costume.
All you do is grab the Muncher enemy as seen in the video and give it a couple good shakes. When that's done you should see 3 flies pop out, tap them with the stylus to unlock the Gnat Attack easter egg!
Beat all 3 Levels to unlock the Builder Mario costume for use in the SMB stage set.

While I liked my original version, I always felt I could do better... So heres a V2 of one of my favorite mashups I made: Hiromi Iwasakis Cinderella Honeymoon... mashed up with the Werehog Battle Theme from Sonic Unleashed! This time its a karaoke/instrumental version!
