The shortcut at 0:46-0:48 is kinda hard, but here's a tip - try spinning at the last second. I used to spin kinda early and rarely get it, but I seem to get it more often when I spin late.
Btw, thumbs up if someone can somehow name the tune I was tapping to at 0:20-0:23. It's the beginning of a stage's theme in an upcoming (as of the day this was posted) game. =) Don't have to name the tune; just name the game and I'll be happy. I understand that my tapping is bad anyways haha.
