To fully complete the original Switch 1 version and get its six medals for completion, they are as follows:
1. Beat the game.
2. Collect all Wonder Seeds.
3. Collect all "10" Purple Coins.
4. Touch the top of every flag pole.
5. Collect every badge.
6. Purchase every standee.
The standee one in particular was a grind to get once you've exausted all the purple coins you've picked up along the way to purchase all the other items and beat every level, including the secret final one.
Now the Switch 2 edition of the game introduces a new seventh medal to get for 100% completion and the same slightly altered title screen as before (yay...). This one asks you to do everything relating to Bellabel Park. Some tasks are pretty straightforward. Do the Koopaling levels, complete all the training missions, obtain all the double badges, greeting emotes, Poplin instruments, and decoration flowers. However, one task not made clear is using said flowers that you pull from the fountain alongside the other three collectables to buy decorations for the park.
There are eight structures that can be decorated with the flowers with varying costs. This process of purchasing can be boiled down to a similar grind to the standees, except there's no getting around its gacha system.
Needless to say, it's a tedious grind, and I only reccommend doing it if you don't mind spending time on these sorts of grinds.
