Welcome to another recently released Super Mario Bros. graphics hack.

*Description:
The aim of this very simple hack is to tweak the graphical assets of Super Mario Bros.
The game already does indeed have a good artstyle, but Ninjacat25 decided that he wanted to put his own spin on things and somewhat “improve” the game’s aesthetics, in addition to making some sprites look more similar to promotional art related to SMB1.
This hack may be a good fit for those who would like to play the game with more appealing visuals that don’t stray significantly far from the original game’s style.
Some of the changes:
Mario’s sprites are more expressive, and he now has a red and blue color palette.
Luigi now has a green and blue color palette.
Bowser now has sprites and a color palette inspired by his appearance on the cover of the Super Mario Brothers Mario’s Adventure EP (1986) record.
Koopa Troopas now have sprites inspired by the aforementioned record cover.
The mushroom now looks more like its appearance on the Japanese cover of the game.
Tweaks to various blocks and objects.
Toad now has a smaller sprite.
