The center channel of the surround sound mix on Blu-Ray contains only the SFX for the scene, with the surrounds being used for the music. So, I simply deleted all of the channels from the 7.1 mix except the center mono.

I attempted to try an isolated instrumental of the commercial at the beginning, but its wasn't full isolated from the vocals, but here's and unlisted link anyways. Link: youtube.com/watch?v=8yUChE-eBA8
