Well, while making my 22 stars TAS, i noticed this.
To do it:
1.Play as Luigi
2. Go in the hole
3.While the star is closing, hold Z and B
4.Then you can see that luigi will not jump so release Z or B.
5.Then WTF

I think this Wrong Warp can be done too with other holes that teleports. I'll try.
