Super Mario Bros. 35 is one Battle Royale game I actually do enjoy playing. Just wished that Nintendo can make this game more permanent than being just limited time only. For this vid, I wanted to showcase the Special Battle Mode which has you playing through set levels and you start out with a power up and a set amount of coins. Like other Battle Royale games, the last person standing wins. So for this first week of September 30th through October 5th, we have to go through World 1-1 through 2-4.
My strategy when beginning a game is to pretty much focus on what levels are best suited to farm for Coins and enemies for time extensions. For example, I usually like to prepare getting my power ups at 1-1 and farm a bit of time and Coins throughout the level. 1-2 for mainly Coins and letting my choose what level to skip to in order to avoid levels like 1-3 & 1-4, which has you platforming all the time with not much enemies or Coins to collect. Also learning the level layouts on where to find 1-Ups, Starmen, and Coin Blocks are key to winning matches too, as they help extend time and give plenty of Coins to stockpile for emergency uses of the Item Block which costs 20 Coins each time you use it.
