Edit; well GTAce beat this the very same night of course :p. I'll get back to this again later when I improve my first quest PB.
Some obvious errors but pretty happy with this time until GTAce beats it within a few days Kappa.
Played on Original Console using everdrive to play the triple cart to make playing 2nd quest a lot easier. -- Watch live at twitch.tv/roylt

Sub 24! Sub 23 is possible even with this route if you get enough coins to finish at the end of 8-1 instead of getting the last few in 8-2. Also, possible route change if it turns out its possible to get enough coins by looping 4-2 warpzone but that would be really difficult and may not even get enough coins.
