Super Mario 64 (SM64) First Time Playing No Commentary Full Game Playthrough / Walkthrough.
DISCLAIMER:
I couldn't fit in the title so I'm pointing this out now, I have played the NDS version before back in ~2007 but I never checked out the original game until now.
I roughly remembered all those levels, but playing the original game with the original N64 controller makes the experience completely different.
Also I find it interesting how those videos will showcase my dexterity getting better with time. (Thank you Tick Tock Clock..)
About the video quality:
1) The first few hours of the full playthrough was recorded while using a certain emulator plugin which removed the black borders at the top and bottom while stretching the video to fit the 4:3 aspect ratio (1440x1080).
I got rid of it because of that and also because of ergonomic reasons from my end.
2) From the start of the first video up to halfway through the second video I've recorded the game in I420 color format, which (for some reasons) gets modified in Adobe Premiere and can't be switched back. Meaning that the color brightness is distorted, the brights are brighter and the darks are darker as there was a horrible color filter.
This gets corrected later as the rest of the videos are in I444 color mode which allows me to solve the color brightness issue in Adobe Premiere.
3) I've tried everything, I COULDN'T figure out how to remove the black borders without messing up other in game graphics.
